Efficient and stronghold training and assessment strategies can be done for captive centers in India such as:-
- HRs will initiate an in-depth assessment by understanding their organization inventory (Employees) and figuring out what are the sections of improvement, as per which the training may begin.
- A detailed study on how well-skilled the employees are and what all they are equipped (knowledge) with shall be done, post which are they meeting the desired customer expectations?
- Depending on the organizational goals and targets, various training genres may occur in literacy (language), interpersonal skills, problem management, sensitive training, technical, etc.
- To accomplish the above points, training methods such as OJT( On the job), Job rotation, and talent management, mentoring might be used accordingly.
- Upon completing the steps mentioned above, the organization may again go through an in-depth assessment of how far these undertaken steps have made the company meet its consumer expectations.
