While the benefits like efficient automation and uninterrupted quality deliveries have their importance, the real reason that made organizations welcome DevOps with open arms, was its influence on the work culture. DevOps essentially prepares the workforce to work with cutting-edge automation technologies while sharing their domain knowledge to help each other build better quality applications in less time and optimized cost. Although the agile manifesto was guiding the work culture earlier, DevOps made more sense with the emerging infrastructures and tools.
